Glass that stops being the first thing people notice.
Interior glass, storefronts, entry systems and exterior panes up to the height a pole or a lift can reach safely. Scheduled to the exposure your building actually gets, not to a generic calendar.
Most glass looks bad for reasons cleaning cannot fix
Hard water from irrigation, sprinkler overspray and mineral runoff from concrete etch the pane over time. By the time someone calls, the problem is often not dirt, it is scale bonded to the glass, and washing it again changes nothing.
So we start by telling you which of the two you have. Soiling gets cleaned on a route. Mineral deposit needs a restoration pass first, priced separately, and then a schedule tight enough that it does not come back.
We work ground level through the height a waterfed pole or a lift reaches safely. Anything requiring rope access or suspended staging is outside what we staff, and we say so before you ask.
- Typical frequency
- Monthly to quarterly, by exposure
- Interior glass
- Often folded into the janitorial route
- Exterior reach
- Ground through waterfed pole or lift height
- Not offered
- Rope access and suspended staging
- Water
- Purified and deionized, no detergent residue
- Service window
- Before opening or after close
What is included
Counted by pane and by side at the walkthrough, so the price is not a guess about how much glass you have.
Interior
- Entry doors, sidelights and vestibule glass
- Interior partitions, conference walls and sidelights
- Display cases and retail fixture glass
- Mirrors in restrooms and common areas
- Frames, sills and tracks wiped, not just the pane
- Fingerprint and smudge detail on high-touch doors
Exterior
- Storefront and ground-level curtain wall
- Upper panes within waterfed pole or lift reach
- Purified water finish, which dries without spotting
- Hard water and mineral deposit restoration, quoted separately
- Screen removal, cleaning and reinstallation
- Construction film and adhesive removal from new glass
Height limit, stated plainly: we clean what a pole or a lift reaches safely. High-rise work by rope or suspended platform is a different trade with a different insurance profile, and we will name a specialist rather than take it and hand it off.
How the work runs
Count the glass
Pane count by elevation and by side, plus a note on anything already etched or scratched before we touch it.
Diagnose the surface
We test a panel to separate soiling from mineral bonding. The answer decides whether you need a route or a restoration.
Set the exposure cycle
A north elevation and a drive-through window do not soil at the same rate, so they do not get the same frequency.
Clean and verify
Worked top down, walked at the end in the light people actually see the glass in.
Who hires this program
Usually the buildings where glass is the storefront, literally or otherwise.
Retail storefronts
Entry glass and display windows cleaned before opening, on the frequency foot traffic demands.
Offices
Interior partitions and conference glass folded into the nightly route, exterior on a separate cycle.
Restaurants
Patio enclosures, entry doors and pass-through windows, with grease film handled differently from road dust.
Auto dealerships
Showroom curtain wall, where a single streak is visible from the lot.
Medical and dental
Reception glass, interior sidelights and door lites on a documented cleaning sequence.
Schools
Classroom and corridor glass on the school calendar, with break periods used for the exterior pass.
The cleanest glass uses the least chemistry
Purified water removes soil and then evaporates without leaving anything behind. That is why a waterfed pole system beats a bucket of detergent on exterior glass, and why it is also the greener method.
- Deionized water on exterior work, no detergent to rinse into landscaping
- Low-residue solutions indoors, safe around occupied reception areas
- Microfiber and squeegee, not disposable wipes by the box
- Screens cleaned and reinstalled rather than replaced
- Existing scratches and etching documented before work, so nothing is blamed on us later

It tells us in seconds whether you need a cleaning route or a restoration pass, and those are very different numbers.
