About Quality Green

We built the company around the part most vendors leave verbal.

Scope, staffing and reporting, written down before the first shift and checked after it. That is the whole idea, and it is harder to buy than it sounds.

Why we exist

Most cleaning contracts fail the same way

The walkthrough is thorough. The first month is good. Then the crew changes, the checklist quietly shrinks, and nobody can say what was supposed to happen on a Tuesday night. By the time a facility manager notices, the standard has already moved.

Quality Green is organized to make that drift difficult. Every account starts with a scope document: task by task, area by area, frequency by frequency. A named supervisor owns the account and walks it on a set cadence. The completion log reaches you on the same cycle as the service, whether or not anyone asks for it.

None of that is exotic. It is ordinary discipline that most vendors stop maintaining by month three, which is exactly why we put it in writing instead of in a sales meeting.

Four rules we run on

Short enough that a new crew member can repeat them on the first shift.

Write it down

The scope document is the contract. A task that never made it into the document will not show up on your invoice either, which keeps your budget and our crew reading from the same page.

Send the same crew

Trained, badged staff on a route they know. Familiarity is what catches the leak, the burned-out fixture and the door that stopped latching.

Choose the lower-impact option

When two products do the same job, we use the one with the shorter hazard list. Occupied buildings are the norm here, not the exception.

Leave a record

Completion logs, exception notes and photos when a condition needs a decision from you. The paper trail is part of the service, not an add-on.

What we can actually staff

Capability, not adjectives. This is the section a facility manager should press us on.

Coverage and scheduling

  • Night shift, evening shift and day-porter coverage, set per account
  • Weekend and holiday cycles for buildings that cannot lose weekday hours
  • Operating base in Winter Garden, west Orange County, fourteen miles from downtown Orlando
  • Route design by geography, so crews arrive on time and supervisors can reach any account the same day
  • Emergency and after-hours response for water intrusion, spills and post-event cleanup
  • Daily routes in the Orlando metro, plus employees based across Florida from Key West to Pensacola
  • Crews sized to the account at scoping, then held stable so the same people return

Supervision and accountability

  • One named supervisor per account, from the walkthrough onward
  • Signed task checklist completed on every service visit
  • Scheduled supervisor inspections against the written scope
  • Exception reporting with photos when a condition needs your decision
  • Single point of contact for scheduling, issues and billing questions

Equipment we operate

  • Walk-behind and ride-on auto-scrubbers for large hard-floor areas
  • High-speed propane and battery burnishers
  • Commercial extractors for carpet and upholstery
  • HEPA-filtered vacuums for occupied and sensitive spaces
  • Hot-water pressure units with reclaim and containment
  • Microfiber systems with color-coded cloth control

Onboarding a new account

  • Walkthrough and measurement of every area in the proposed scope
  • Written scope and fixed price, delivered before any commitment
  • Site-specific training for the assigned crew, including access and alarm protocol
  • Supervisor present for the first full service cycle
  • Scope review after the first month, adjusted in writing if the building tells us to
Our approach

The green in our name is a method, not a color

We clean occupied buildings. That single fact drives most of our product decisions, because the people who work there stay in the room long after the crew leaves.

  • Certified low-impact products, with SDS on file for every chemical on site
  • Dilution control at the source, so nothing is over-applied or wasted
  • Microfiber systems that capture soil instead of pushing it around
  • HEPA filtration on vacuums used in occupied and sensitive areas
  • Concentrates over ready-to-use, which cuts packaging and freight
  • Product list and safety data sheets handed over for your building file
